New to the scene, Mollis is the baby sister of Alchemilla fine dining restaurant, run by trailblazing chef Alex Bond. Mollis blends banging hip-hop, soft-serve ice cream, the best fried chicken you’ve ever tasted, and expertly crafted cocktails by world-class bartenders. I collaborated with a team of artists to shape the restaurant's interior decor.
The brief was direct: cover the space in graffiti and give it the gritty vibe of a New York backstreet. Working alongside talented local artists—Boaster, Kid30, JP Art, and Scotland’s KMG—we transformed a dark, dingy building site into a vibrant, bustling restaurant. Although the brief allowed room for interpretation, I contributed a range of complementary styles, all within a self-initiated color scheme to ensure consistency, harmony, and balance across our collective work.
